Our growing company is looking for some cool and highly motivated individuals for full time entry level customer service positions with minimum 1-2 years experience. Voluntary experience, education, or working experience in the health-care industry a must. The ideal candidate will be honest, self-motivated, with superior communication and follow up skills and capable of working with a team. The job entails regular interaction with customers over the telephone, the Internet and our retail store. Duties also include general office duties administration and working with our computerized order tracking systems. Basic Knowledge of Excel, Word to be able to produce business documents as required an asset. Experience using Internet and Email is required.
